This election has been one of the weirdest elections so far Others would say ever in history. The most bizarre things are happening. As an example, Trump said Kamala Harris wasn’t black. Others believe the same thing, but some are taking it personally and feel that her race shouldn’t even matter at all. They believe that America is becoming more diverse and that anyone’s race should be accepted like anyone else. They feel Trump has made constant attacks on her identity. 

Many feel Trump’s behavior is inappropriate, but Trump himself has been attacked as well. And not just verbally, but physically, On July 13, Trump was shot at a rally in Pennsylvania. It was viral news, and the bullet seemed to graze his ear. The attempted assassination was unexpected. He is now moving with very tight security everywhere he goes. 

 Another unexpected thing was that Biden dropped out of the presidential race. Even after being very passionate about winning the race. The effect of his leaving the race has left Kamala to step in. If she wins the race she will be the first woman to be president in American history. This race has been throwing curveballs left and right. 

Even more minor things are going on, like RFK recording and putting a dead bear in Central Park. He said he wanted it to appear that a cyclist had killed the bear. He thought the situation would be amusing, which most just found odd. He is now facing backlash for the video, which could mess with his votes for him to be elected. The election is interesting. The anticipation to see who the president is going to be is getting to most people but they will have to wait until Tuesday, November 5.
